Corruption is an Evil of Society which must be Eliminated Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager, SCR


Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager, South Central Railway stressed upon prioritizing railway working to maintain highest standards of Integrity and eradication of corruption from all walks of the life. The General Manager conducted a Review Meeting with all the Principal Heads of departments and Divisional Railway Managers of the Zone who joined through Video Conference from divisions at Rail Nilayam Secunderabad today i.e., 30th July, 2018.

The General Manager elaborated o­n  the importance of “Mission Satyanishtha” the program organized by Shri Ashwani Lohani, Chairman Railway Board emphasizing o­n the necessity and significance of all railway servants to maintain impeccable conduct and integrity in the course of discharging duties. This is vital in the context of the fact that issues of corruption, ethics, integrity and probity in public life have always been a matter of concern. He advised all the Divisional Railway Managers and Officers o­n the zone to conduct training programs, workshops and  seminars to bring awareness amongst the employees.

Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav also conducted review of all the safety aspects o­n the Zone including unusual happenings like gate open cases, minor derailments in yards and human failures etc., He instructed officials to follow the gate working rules strictly and advised the officials to counsel the staff that no short cut methods are to be allowed.Speaking o­n the Punctuality he stated that the punctuality should be monitored carefully with due focus o­n the safety.

Ramana Reddy, Principal Chief Personnel Officer; Shri Sanjay Sankrityayan, Chief Security Commissioner and Shri Ashesh Agrawal, Senior Deputy General Manager were amongst the officials present.
