Positive Role played by Trade unions and Associations have strengthened the performance SCR - Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, GM

Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager, South Central Railway stated that cordial relationship and positive attitude of Trade Unions and Associations have strengthened the objective of the organization and enhanced the performance of South Central Railway. He was the Chief Guest at Mandal Day Celebrations of SCR OBC Employees Association (SCR OBCEA) held at Rail Kalarang, Bhoiguda, Secunderabad today i.e., 14th August, 2018.


Addressing the huge gathering of OBC association members, the General Manager said that it is a proud privilege to lead South Central Railway, the extra ordinary zone o­n Indian Railways. The General Manager complimented SCR OBC Employees Association for playing pivotal role with proactive approach in resolving the employee’s grievances. He said that the efforts also optimized the performance to make the zone best in terms of productivity and services. The dedication and commitment of employees achieved Govind Vallabh Pant overall efficiency shield and also made SCR second zone o­n Indian Railways in terms of cleanliness. Railway men have an important role to play in the society with the commitment to deliver the prompt services. South Central Railway is committed towards welfare of the employees who are the backbone of the organization.


Shri B.V.N. Satyanarayana, General Secretary, OBC Employees Association stated that social development is a continuous process and the contribution of great social reformers like Mahatma Jyothi Rao Phule, Savitri Bhai Phule and Dr. B.R.Ambedkar are idols to follow by the society. Their principles and teachings will help the society to progress better for achieving justice and equality amongst all sections of society.


Shri John Thomas, Additional General Manager, SCR, N.V.Ramana Reddy, Principal Chief Personnel Officer, SCR also spoke o­n the occasion.
