54 Jansadharan Sankranti Special Trains

Hon’ble Vice-President of India Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu recently visited Renigunta Railway station and travelled upto Venkatachalam in a special train. During the course of his visit he also reviewed the various development works under progress and special trains being run for Sankranti festival. While appreciating the performance and plans of SCR for Sankranthi festival, the Hon’ble Vice- President of India suggested to explore the possibility of introducing further more number of trains for the general passengers in particular.

In response to the suggestion of the Hon’ble Vice-President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, South Central Railway took a special initiative to facilitate the celebration of Sankranthi festival comfortably for the people located in two Telugu States.

Accordingly, 54 Jansadharan Special Trains have been announced. These Jansadharan special trains will run between Secunderabad - Tirupati; Tirupati - Kakinada Town and Vijayawada – Vijayanagaram; Secunderabad – Vijayawada – Hyderabad and Secunderabad – Vijayawada - Secunderabad as detailed below. These Jansadharan specials are fully unreserved coaches with normal fare. 

I.Secunderabad – Vijayawada - Hyderabad Jansadharan Special Trains (18 Services):

Train No. 07192 Secunderabad – Vijayawada Jansadharan Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 12.00 hrs o­n 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th January, 2019 and arrive Vijayawada at 19:30 hrs o­n the same day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07193 Vijayawada - Hyderabad Jansadharan Special Train will depart at Vijayawada 20:25 hrs o­n 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th January, 2019 and arrive/depart Secunderabad at 02.20/02.25 hrs o­n the next day and arrive Hyderabad at 03.00 hrs.

Enroute, these Special Train will also stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikudi, Pidugurulla, Sattenapalli, Guntur and Mangalagiri stations in both the directions.

These special trains will consist of sixteen General second-class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

II.Secunderabad – Vijayawada - Secunderabad Jansadharan Special Trains (16 Services):

Train No. 07194 Secunderabad - Vijayawada Jansadharan Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 23.30 hrs o­n 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th & 19thJanuary, 2019 and arrive Vijayawada at 07:10 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07195 Vijayawada – Secunderabad Jansadharan Special Train will depart at Vijayawada 08:35 hrs o­n 12th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20thJanuary, 2019 and arrive Secunderabad at 17.00 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute these Special Trains will Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikudi, Pidugurulla, Sattenapalli, Guntur and Mangalagiri stations in both the directions.

These special trains will consist of General second class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

III.   Secunderabad – Tirupati - Secunderabad Jansadharan Special Trains (2 Services):

Train No. 07188 Secunderabad – Tirupati Jansadharan Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 19.30 hrs o­n 11th January, 2019 and arrive Tirupati at 08:10 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07189 Tirupati – Secunderabad Special Train will depart Tirupati at 17:20 hrs o­n 14th January, 2019 and arrive Secunderabad at 09:45 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute these Special Trains will also stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Dornakal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasthi and Renigunta stations in both the directions.

  These special trains will consist of sixteen General second class Coaches and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

IV.Tirupati – Kakinada Town - Tirupati Jansadharan Special Trains (2 Services):

Train No. 07190 Tirupati – Kakinada Town Jansadharan Special Train will depart Tirupati at 21.50 hrs o­n 12th January, 2019 and arrive Kakinada Town at 08:55 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07191 Kakinada Town - Tirupati Jansadharan Special Train will depart at Kakinada Town 18:45 hrs o­n 13th January, 2019 and arrive Tirupati at 07.45 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute these Special Trains will also stop at Renigunta, Sri Kalahasthi, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions.

These special trains will consist of sixteen General second class Coaches and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

V.Vijayawada-Vijayanagaram-Vijayawada Jansadharan Special Trains (08 Services):

Train No. 07184 Vijayawada - Vijayanagaram Jansadharan Special Train will depart Vijayawada at 21.10 hrs o­n 10th, 11th, 12th & 13th January, 2019 and arrive Vijayanagaram at 07:20 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07185 Vijayanagaram - Vijayawada Jansadharan Special Train will depart Vijayanagaram at 07.45 hrs o­n 11th, 12th, 13th& 14th January, 2019 and arrive Vijayawada at 16.30 hrs o­n the same day.

Enroute these Special Trains will also stop at Nuzividu, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Dwarapudi, Anaparthi, Samalkota, Pithapuram, Annavaram, Tuni, Narsipatnam, Elamanchili, Anakapali, Duvvada and Kottavalasa stations in both the directions.

These special trains will consist of sixteen General second class Coaches and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

   Vijayawada-Vijayanagaram-Vijayawada Jansadharan Special Trains (08 Services):

Train No. 07186 Vijayawada - Vijayanagaram Jansadharan Special Train will depart Vijayawada at 12.30 hrs o­n 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th January, 2019 and arrive Vijayanagaram at 21.30 hrs o­n the same day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07187 Vijayanagaram - Vijayawada Jansadharan Special Train will depart Vijayanagaram at 22.50 hrs o­n 17th, 18th, 19th& 20th January, 2019 and arrive Vijayawada at 06.45 hrs o­n the next day.
