Railway Officers Health Camp Organized


Sri Gajanan Mallya, General Manager, South Central Railway inaugurated the health check up camp at Central Hospital, Lallaguda o­n 10th March, 2019. Dr. T.J.Prakash, Principal Chief Medical Director, South Central Railway and Dr. T.S.R.Murthy, Medical Director/Central Hospital, Lallaguda also participated in the Health Camp for all the officers of Headquarters, Secunderabad and Hyderabad Divisions.

          234 officers attended the camp for health check up. Complete physical examination was done with ECG, height weight measurement and BP recording by physicians. Those requiring further investigations were examined by cardiologists with 2d Echo and TMT tests. Blood sample collection was done for investigations like Fasting Blood Sugar, Glycosylated Haemoglobin, Complete Blood Profile, Post Lunch Blood Sugar, Renal Function Tests, Liver Function Test, Lipid Profile, Thyroid Profile, Serum Calcium etc.

          Several Specialist Doctors also attended the officers to advice o­n problems related to orthopaedic, surgical, gynaecological, ENT and Ophthalmology. Ultra Sono Gram (USG) of abdomen was done by radiologist for officers when advised.
