Three Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel of South Central Railway have been awarded prestigious Indian Police Medal on the occasion of 76th Independence Day – 2022 for their Outstanding and Meritorious Services. The awardees are Smt Syeda Tahseen, Sub Inspector, Railway Protection Force, Mahbubnagar, Hyderabad Division; Shri Subba Rao Natakam, Asst. Sub Inspector, Railway Protection Force Training Centre, Moula-Ali and Shri Vijaya Saradhi Bandi, Head Constable, Railway Protection Force Training Centre, Moula-Ali, Hyderabad.
Shri Arun Kumar Jain, General Manager (In-Charge), SCR expressed his happiness at the recognition received by the RPF personnel of the Zone, he commended their excellence and dedication towards duty and exuded confidence that the RPF will continue to excel in its primary duty of providing security to rail users and property.

Smt Syeda Tahseen is working as Sub-Inspector/RPF/Mahabubnagar.She joined RPF as a Constable in the year 1999. She has rendered exemplary service with sincerity, hard work and commitment. She was instrumental in detection of important cases of theft against Railway Property and also booked many good numbers of Railway Act cases especially touts cases with the huge recovery of live e-tickets. In the year 2021 & 2022 till now, Under RP (UP) Act she had booked total 14 cases, valued Rs.60,600/- with arrest of 15 outsiders.Under various sections of Railway Act, 119 persons were booked including 12 tout cases. She has the ability to deal critical situations tactfully and faced challenges with composure especially during bandobust duties.

Shri N. Subba Rao is a qualified Yoga Instructor and also undergone ToT course in Infantry Training and CTI Course in Physical Training. As a Instructor, he imparted 9 batches of SI cadets, 10 batches of Constable Recruits and also imparted several weapon training courses/promotion courses/refresher courses/orientation courses/Yoga training courses etc. He is expert in imparting Yoga and Physical Training to the Recruits and Cadets from all over India, his services are also utilized by other Railway Institutes for yoga classes. He is also played key role in all parade events conducted by RPF/TC-MLY.
3.Shri Vijaya Saradhi Bandi, Head Constable, Railway Protection Force Training Centre, Moula-Ali, Hyderabad.
Shri Vijaya Saradhi Bandi, Head Constable, Railway Protection Force Training Centre, Moula-Ali, Hyderabad is a qualified Outdoor Instructor and undergone ToT course in Infantry Training in physical training.He is expert in imparting physical training to the Recruits and Cadets.He takes keen interest in imparting training and making the trainees fit in the physical activities.
