The Personnel Department of Secunderabad Division deals with all aspects of human resource management right from recruitment to post retirement and is headquartered at 4thfloor, Sanchalan Bhavan, Secunderabad. The Personnel Department is dedicated, responsive and sensitive to the needs of the employees. The sanctioned strength of the Personnel Department is 252 and supported by 7 Raj Bhasha staff. Personnel department caters to the needs of 20,415 serving employees of the Division. Personnel department strives in keeping the work force satisfied and motivated by promptly attending to the employees and their welfare by means of sincere, efficient and transparent working.

Organization:

      NEW IDEAS FOR IMPLEMENTATION


      e-pcdo an online software for PCDO will be launched shortly.


      Highlights:


      Real time updation of SAVE of all the cadres. Reports like safety SAVE, Non Safety SAVE, Statistical reports like promotional quota vacancies, LDCE vacancies, DRQ vacancies, Indent position, NR, ONRS, reports, can be generated on real time basis. DRM, ADRM's, All the BO's will be given access to view the staff position.

      Highlights / Events of the month of May'2021
  1. Compassionate Ground Appointments: There were 29 cases of compassionate ground
    appointments pending at the beginning of May, 2021.  37 fresh cases accrued during May, 2021.
    Out of 66 cases, 41 cases were finalized during the month. A balance of 25 cases on hand at the
    end of May, 2021.

  2. Settlement dues for 76 employees were arranged during the month 38 NR and 38 ONR
    retired/voluntary retired/died employees have been arranged.

  3. 139 promotions were issued during the month of May, 2021


  1. E-Pass: HRMS E-Pass module has been introduced. 12315 passes issued through E-Pass module.


  1. RTI: There were 18 cases of RTI pending at the beginning of May, 2021. 94 fresh cases accrued
    during May, 2021. Out of 112 cases, 102 cases was finalized during the month. A balance of
    10 cases on hand at the end of May, 2021.
