Personnel branch is catering to the needs of about 22,000 staff working in various departments over SC Division. There are 06 Gazetted and 262 Non-gazetted staff working in Personnel Branch dealing with various subjects pertaining to different departments.
In the recent past CRIS has introduced various applications for use by Personnel Branch for dealing Human Resource Management System of all the activities right from Recruitment to Retirement, like 1) On boarding of new candidates, 2) maintenance of e-SR 3) E-passes 4) Employee Master Data 5) PF records 6) Office Orders 7) Transfers (IDRT/IRRT/IRMT/IDMT/ postings 8) APARs 9) Cadre management 10) Employee Self Service 11) Grievances 12) settlement 13) Leave etc.
