Our Strategic Revenue Streams include:

  • Station Land Monetization: Utilizing concourses and vacant land for ATMs, retail kiosks, and essential service outlets.
  • Media & Advertising: Leveraging high-footfall areas for digital displays, station branding, and creative vinyl wraps on train coaches.
  • Asset Management: Developing organized parking lots, and premium pay-and-use facilities.

Our Role as Architects of Growth

The Commercial Team acts as a facilitator for private participation and economic growth through:

  • Policy & Transparency: Implementing Railway Board guidelines through competitive, transparent tendering and leasing processes.
  • Rigorous Oversight: Maintaining strict contract monitoring to ensure vendors meet safety protocols and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Market Leadership: Constantly exploring emerging trends in digital marketing and logistics to remain an attractive destination for corporate partners.
