Public Interest Disclosure & Protection of Informer Resolution 2004 (PIDPI)

 

 

If you have noticed any malpractice/corruption in any aspect of Railway Working or have a suggestion to prevent/minimize malpractices, please inform us.

 

If you, as a general public or Rail user or Railway employee, come across any Railway Staff demanding bribe or indulging in any other corrupt practice, you may please intimate the same at once to the following Telephone numbers of Vigilance Department, S.C.Railway, Secunderabad, for necessary action.

Complaints relating to the matter of  corruption o­nly should be addressed to Vigilance department and other grievances should be addressed to the concerned Officers indicated under Public Grievances Link of the Website (Contact Us -> Public Grievances).

Complaints can be sent to the following email id  sdgm@scr.railnet.gov.in . However, the complaint should bear the Name and address of the Complainant. Otherwise, the complaint will be treated as Anonymous/Pseudonymous.
