Shri Sandeep Mathur, General Manager, South Central Railway undertook inspection of H.S Nanded – Secunderabad section today i.e., 11th July, 2025. He was accompanied by Shri Pradeep Lakshmanrao Kamle, Divisional Railway Manager, Nanded Division during inspection from Nanded – Mudkhed section and by Shri Lokesh Vishnoi, Divisional Railway Manager, Hyderabad Division from Mudkhed – Secunderabad section. Other senior officials (from both the Headquarters and Divisions) also accompanied the General Manager throughout the inspection.
Shri Sandeep Mathur carried out rear window inspection between Nanded – Secunderabad section, during which he reviewed the safety aspects of tracks, bridges, signalling systems and inspected some important Railway stations in the section. At Nanded, the divisional officials gave a detailed presentation to the General Manager on Vande Bharat Maintenance and infrastructure development facilities at Maltekdi, Purna and Nanded coaching depot. Thereafter, the General Manager inspected Railway Yard, IOH (Intermediate Overhaul) shed, tracks and coach maintenance facility (pit line) at Nanded. The General Manager conducted a detailed inspection at Maltekdi Railway station and discussed on further developmental plans with the officials.
Shri Sandeep Mathur carried out a detailed inspection at the old & new Godavari bridges near Basar and examined the maintenance and safety aspects. Further, the General Manager inspected the facilities at running room and crew lobby, Nizamabad and interacted with the staff members. He conducted a detailed inspection of Nizamabad Railway station, wherein he also examined the CCTV surveillance systems, one station one Product stall and other facilities. The General Mananger reviewed the progress of redevelopment works undertaken at the station as part of Amrit Bharat Station Scheme (ABSS). Later, the General Manager inspected Road Under Bridge near Manoharabad.
