Shri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, General Manager, South Central Railway undertook detailed inspection of Carriage Work Shop, Lallaguda, Secunderabad today i.e., 31st July, 2025. He was accompanied by Dr. Amit Gupta, Carriage Workshop Engineer; Smt. Sumana G, Carriage Workshop Manager, Lallaguda and other senior officials throughout the inspection.
The General Manager carried out a comprehensive inspection of the Carriage Workshop. He inspected the Centre Buffer Coupler (CBC) Shop, Spring Shop, Airbrake Shop and LHB bogie shop. He reviewed the progress of various new projects undertaken by the workshop and discussed on further developmental plans with the officials.
Smt. Sumana, Carriage Workshop Manager briefed the General Manager on Major milestones achieved by the workshop, layout of the workshop, present activities being carried out in shops, Organization chart and Cycle time of coaches and future Infrastructure developments planned.
Shri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, General Manager complimented the team of officials and staff for the excellent quality of work being maintained and expressed his appreciation in adapting new technology to upgrade the working skills.
