Special Trains Between Various Destinations


In order to facilitate the passengers, Railways will run special trains between MGR Chennai Central – New Delhi; MGR Chennai Central – Ahmedabad; Kanniyakumari – H. Nizamuddin and Ernakulam – Patna detailed below:-

I.Train No. 02621/02622 MGR Chennai Central – New Delhi – MGR Chennai Central Daily Special Trains:-

Train No. 02621 MGR Chennai Central – New Delhi Daily special train will depart MGR Chennai Central at 22.00 hrs and arrive New Delhi at 07.40 hrs o­n the second day.

 

Enroute, this special train will stop at Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra Cantt and H. Nizamuddin stations.

 

In the return direction, Train No. 02622 New Delhi – MGR Chennai Central special train will depart New Delhi at 21.05 hrs arrive MGR Chennai Central at 06.15 hrs o­n the second day.

 

Enroute, this special train will stop at Agra Cantt, Gwalior, Jhansi, Bhopal, Itarsi, Nagpur, Balharshah, Warangal and Vijayawada stations.

 

These special trains will consist of First AC, AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and Reserved General Seating class coaches.

 

II.Train No. 02656/02655 MGR Chennai Central – Ahmedabad – MGR Chennai Central Daily Special Trains:-

Train No. 02656 MGR Chennai Central – Ahmedabad Daily Special Train will depart MGR Chennai Central at 10.10 hrs and arrive Ahmedabad at 18.00 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Sulurpettai, Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, o­ngole, Chirala, Bapatla, Tenali, Vijayawada, Khammam, Mahbubabad, Warangal, Mancheral, Sirupur Kaghaznagar, Balharshah, Chandrapur, Warora, Wardha, Dhamangaon, Badnera, Murtajapur, Akola, Shegaon, Nandura, Malkapur, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Amalner, Dondaicha, Nandurbar, Vyara, Udhana, Surat, Ankleshwar, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad and Maninagar stations.

In the return direction, Train No. 02655 Ahmedabad – MGR Chennai Central Daily Special Train will depart Ahmedabad at 22.00 hrs and arrive MGR Chennai Central at 04.45 hrs o­n the second day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Ankleshwar, Surat, Udhana, Vyara, Nandurbar, Dondaicha, Amalner, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Malkapur, Nandura, Shegaon, Akola, Murtajapur, Badnera, Dhamangaon, Wardha, Warora, Chandrapur, Balharshah, Sirupur Kaghaznagar, Mancheral, Warangal, Mahbubabad, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Bapatla, Chirala, o­ngole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur and Sulurpettai stations.

These special trains will consist of First AC, AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper and Reserved General Seating class coaches.

 

III.Train No. 06011/06012 Kanniyakumari – H. Nizamuddin – Kanniyakumari Bi-Weekly Special Trains:-

Train No. 06011 Kanniyakumari – H. Nizamuddin Bi-Weekly special train will depart Kanniyakumari at 19.05 hrs o­n Wednesdays & Fridays and arrive H. Nizamuddin at 18.35 hrs o­n the second day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Kovilpatti, Satur, Viruidhnagar, Madurai, Dindugal, Tiruchchirappalli, Vridachallam, Villupuram, Chengalpattu, Tambaram, Chennai Egmore, Vijayawada, Balharshah, Nagpur, Betul, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi and Agra Cantt stations.

In the return direction, Train No. 06012 H. Nizamuddin – Kanniyakumari Bi-Weekly special train will depart H. Nizamuddin at 05.20 hrs o­n Saturdays & Mondays and arrive Kanniyakumari at 04.45 hrs o­n the second day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Agra Cantt, Jhansi, Bhopal, Itarsi, Betul, Nagpur, Balharshah, Vijayawada, Chennai Egmore, Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Vridachallam, Tiruchchirappalli, Dindugal, Madurai, Virudhunagar, Satur, Tirunelveli and Nagercoil stations.

These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and Reserved General Seating class coaches.


IV.Train No. 02643/02644 Ernakulam – Patna – Ernakulam Bi-Weekly Special Trains:-

Train No. 02643 Ernakulam – Patna Bi-Weekly special train will depart Ernakulam at 17.15 hrs o­n Mondays & Tuesdays and arrive Patna at 20.00 hrs o­n the second day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Aluva, Thrisur, Palghat, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Perambur, o­ngole, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Berhampur, Balugan, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jajpur K Road, Bhadrak, Balasore, Jalleswar, Hijilli, Midnapur, Bishnupur, Bankura, Adra, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih, Kiul, Mokameh, Bakhtiyarpur,Patna Saheb and Rajendra Nagar stations.

In the return direction, Train No. 02644 Patna – Ernakulam Bi-Weekly special train will depart Patna at 14.00 hrs o­n Thursdays & Fridays and arrive Ernakulam at 16.00 hrs o­n the second day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Patna Saheb, Bakhtiyarpur, Mokameh, Kiul, Jhajha, Madhupur, Chittaranjan, Asansol, Adra, Bankura, Bishnupur, Midnapur, Hijilli, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur K Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khrda Road, Berhampur, Palasa, Srikakulam Road, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Perambur, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Thrisur and Aluva stations.

            These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and Reserved General Seating class coaches.
