The 167th Divisional Railway Users Consultative Committee (DRUCC) Meeting of Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway was held on 14th December, 2022 at Sanchalan Bhavan, Secunderabad. The meeting was chaired by Shri A.K.Gupta, Divisional Railway Manager, Secunderabad Division. Out of 12 nominated Members, 08 Members attended the Meeting.
Shri A.K.Gupta highlighted the achievements of 2022 (till November 2022) and various development activities undertaken by the Secunderabad Division. In addition, he also briefed the Members about the completed Passenger Amenity works and various ongoing works.
The Members expressed their satisfaction over the developmental activities undertaken by the Division and appreciated the efforts made for getting various works done. The performance and major developments of Secunderabad Division were highlighted to the members. Later, the agenda sent by the members were discussed; whose main demands were stoppage to different trains, provision of passenger amenities such as lifts, escalators, punctuality of trains, cleanliness of stations and in trains. The Chairman assured the Members that their suggestions/representations would be examined within the guidelines/norms in force and action would be taken accordingly. Shri M. Basavaraj, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and other Branch Officers were also present during the meeting.
