A workshop was organized by General Manager's Office, Rajbhasha Department, South Central Railway on 27th March, 2023 for the representatives of Member offices of Town Official Language Implementation Committee-04, Hyderabad regarding filling up of the Inspection Questionnaire of Committee of Parliamentary on Official Language. The Vice Chairman of the Committee and Mukya Rajbhasha Adhikari/Principle Chief Personnel Officer, South Central Railway, Shri Rajiv Kishore inaugurated the workshop. Member Secretary-I and Deputy General Manager (Official Language) Dr. Shyam Sunder Sahu, Member Secretary-II and Rajbhasha Adhikari/ Head Quarters Shri M.K. Nagaraju and about 35 representatives from 20 member offices participated in this workshop.In his inaugural speech, Vice Chairman Shri Rajiv Kishore said that it is very important to understand the Parliamentary Official Language Committee Inspection Questionnaire as the information sought in the questionnaire is inter-connected. He informed the members to always be ready for future inspections of the Official Language Committee.In the first session of the workshop, Member Secretary and Deputy General Manager (Official Language) Dr. Shyam Sunder Sahu explained the various steps to be taken for the Inspection of Parliamentary Official Language Committee through power point presentation. He explained in detail the composition of the Parliamentary Official Language Committee, details of present members and the supporting documents required for the Inspection Questionnaire.
In the second session, detailed information was given regarding filling up of the Inspection Questionnaire through power point presentation. At the end of the session, doubts of the participants were resolved.Workshop concluded with a vote of thanks from Member Secretary-II and Rajbhasha Adhikari /Head Office Shri M.K. Nagaraju. All the employees of Rajbhasha Department/Hqrs rendered their support to successfully organize this Workshop.
