STC is having three main buildings comprising class rooms, model rooms, workshops, library, hostel facilities etc. These are –

On 23rdSept 2016, STC added a new building “Ruby Jubilee Training & Model Hall” in its campus.
The institute comprises Ten spacious classrooms equipped with inbuilt facilities to support learning environment. Imparting skills and knowledge to trainees by allowing physical perception of different equipment and components are available in the form of cut models, drawings, diagrams and charts etc. which are used for better understanding. The institute is equipped with state-of-the art laboratories viz., Diesel, C&W, Welding and Mechatronics labs. Various functional models of different bogies of rolling stock are available to facilitate the training.
Endeavour of STC is to develop a strong information technology support. A well-equipped computer laboratory is used for training. Multimedia with LCD projectors has been added for presentation of various e-learning packages in the fields of C&W, Diesel, Welding and Mechatronics. The computer centre is equipped with Railnet connection to browse the information available on World Wide Web.
STC/SC acquired ISO 9001 Certification and GreenCo Gold Rating certification.
