In its mission to provide safe, hassle free and comfortable journey to the travelling public, South Central Railway / RPF have setup 'May I Help You' RPF Assistance Posts at major railway stations viz. Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntakal, Rajahmundry, Guntur, Renigunta and Tirupathi. The RPF personnel manning these Posts/Booths have necessary information that the passengers may ask for such as arrival and departure of trains on various platforms, delays, facilities available at the railway stations, names and telephone numbers of Civil, Police and Railway authorities, city bus routes, approximate fare for taxis and auto rickshaws, doctors/hospitals etc. The persons manning these posts have also been made responsible for accepting complaints of thefts of passenger belongings and pass it on to RPF Post in-charge of getting it registered by concerned Railway Police.
