On 03.07.20 the Train No SA with locos 12086+12082 while negotiating Caution order spot at KM 314.14 in the mid section between MYL-PDL, 6th wagon from Train Engine WCR BCNAHS 31131114120 was derailed. Due to track unevenness, the leading LH wheel climbed o­n to rail table and resulted in derailment.

CLE 12752+70621/WDG4/KZJ/27/07

while coming from MBCY siding to YA station hit a car while passing through unmanned LC gate No.03 at KM. No. BCCL/1/21 at 10:05 hrs.

 

Cause :

Road user did not notice LC gate properly in absence of road signage board, speed breaker and proper approach road. LP of the train did not follow the caution order of “stop, look out and proceed”. Since the train could not be stopped car collided with the Loco and was dragged for about 74 meters.
