Functions of the Department: - The Accounts Department is a Service Department and the role is to facilitate the effective functioning of other Departments by tendering required financial advice and arranging timely payments to staff, suppliers, contractors and others duly ensuring the amounts are spent judiciously as enunciated in cannons of financial propriety.
