Regular Purchases are made through online IREPS and GeM, where items are required urgently. 2.Scrap Disposal: - Divisional scraps are disposed by Divisional Stores Organizations on South Central Railway. Following sales activities are undertaken by Divisional Stores Organizations. i. Monitoring mobilization of scrap. ii. Inspection of lots prior to preparation of catalogue. iii. Preparation of Bid Sheets. iv. Preparation of Sale Orders. v. Preparation of Completion Reports. vi. Preparation of Delivery Orders. coordination with other divisions as well as Headquarters for smooth delivery of scrap etc. 3.Coordination activities - The Divisional Stores Officer i.e. Sr.DMM maintains close liaison with divisional branch officers for mobilization of scrap and for other day to day activities of divisions. He also attends weekly punctuality meetings to take care of any immediate requirement of division. 4.
