Release of “Vigilance Bulletin” by 

Chief Guest Shri Gajanan Mallya, General Manager(Retd), South Central Railway,

Shri Arun Kumar Jain, GM/SCR, Shri Neeraj Agrawal, AGM/SCR and Shri J Vinayan, SDGM/SCR








1.“Vigilance awareness Week – 2024” was observed by South Central Railway from 28th October to 3rd November 2024.The theme for current year’s Vigilance Awareness Week is "सत्यनिष्ठा की संस्कृति से राष्ट्रकी समृद्धिCulture of Integrity for Nation’s ProsperityOn this occasion, the inaugural function was held on 28th October, 2024 at Rail Nilayam Auditorium, Secunderabad. Shri Gajanan Mallya, General Manager(Retd), South Central Railway graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

2.The function started with administering the Integrity Pledge by Shri Arun Kumar Jain, General Manager, South Central Railway wherein all Departmental Heads, Senior Officers and staff were present.


3.South Central Railway, covers areas over five states and consists of six divisions i.e. Vijayawada, Guntur, Guntakal, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Nanded and Three Workshops at Lallaguda, Tirupati and Rayanapadu. This zone has total 6609 route KMs. The total number of trains running in this zone are around 547, covering 693 stations. The total on roll staff strength of South Central Railway is around 81,700. 

4.Shri J Vinayan, Senior Deputy General Manager & Chief Vigilance Officer, South Central Railway presided over the function.
